Meet Stephanie
Lagree Master Teacher Trainer (MTT) • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) • Balanced Body Reformer & Mat Pilates • TRX Certified

Stephanie Gailey is a Lagree Master Trainer with over 20 years of fitness and movement experience. She is certified to work with special populations, including individuals managing Parkinson’s, arthritis, obesity, and diabetes – both adults and children. A professional tandem surfer and lifelong athlete, Stephanie’s journey from hardship to athletic mastery and personal empowerment fuels the soul of Fly Lagree Fitness.

“As a trainer, I have a keen sense of discernment when it comes to reading client’s energy and abilities. My role is to create a space where people feel safe and seen, to heal, and to rebuild strength from the inside out.”
